We at Nesterra, a home textile fabric store online in India, do not believe in enforcing hierarchies at our workplace. Instead, we collectively guide, shape, encourage, motivate, help, and push each other to become the best versions of ourselves- both professionally and personally. To us, every distinct thought, perspective, idea, and suggestion is valuable, for everyone brings something to the table based on their learnings and experiences.
